Two car payments sent together but only one credited

I too have been ripped off by Drive. My wife and I both have cars with Drive, and we sent both of our payments at the same time. They claimed they only got one, so they called us and we made a payment by phone, and, you know it, our account went negative. We are willing to do whatever it takes to get this company.
