Short and to the point, i had just come back from iraq, and wanted to buy a car for my wife, went to tucson and stopped by pat egan dealership. They said that they could get me financed with no problemand that it would take a coulpe of minutes. I said i would think about it and that my kids were hungry. We would be back. 2 weeks later called them spoke with a salesman by the name of brennen he said that he would get me the best deal and that we should come to tucson. I'm station in fort huachuca az that is a 45min drive.
I told him that he need to be sure because i dont want to drive all that way for nothing. He said i will get you in a car. Went to the dealership, my wife test drove 3 cars, was not happy with them, then we walked the the building and there was a 05 chevy impala, we test drove it and liked it.
Started the paperwork got all personal info. Ran another credit report, asked me if my wife was going to be on the loan and at the time I said yes if it will help her credit. Asked about income and said that my wife would hurt me on the loan, sign paperwork, ive them a 1000 dollars down, left with the car, day later went to change insurance, need the lien holder they could not tell me, t went on for three days, took the car back, told them when they get me financed call me.
They called my chain of command and told them that i had the car for a month and i skipped out on the deal and they would sue me. I received a letter in the mail stating i was approved through chase bank but not at the terms requested, letter stated that i must redo paperwork at their new terms if i wanted a car.
