Autopartsgiant sent me the wrong product. They claimed they had mixed up the invoices and had the UPS pick up those items. They said they would send the correct items, but never did.
When I ask for a refund, they say they'll put it on the managers desk. They never let me talk to the manager he always "just left" and they never know when he will be there and "he can't call you back." I've never seen such lies and run around!
So over four months later and after talking with kevin S, emanuel and michael many times, getting hung up on, even getting an e-mail saying they would refund me, still no refund.
FRAUDULENT Company charged me but never sent product!
