Slow ship. Damaged when received. No satisfaction. Not possible to get manager. Ripoff

Took 8 days to get a blower motor. It arrived damaged. Called customer service who offered to sell me another one but wouldn't refund my money on the 1st until they received it back.

Glad I didn't take the bait! Called UPS, they didn't pick it up, but they did credit the shipper for the insured amount. Called Autopartsgiant and it was delay, confuse, and put over to voicemail. Not possible to get past these guys to a manager. I don't think there even is one.

Always one thing after another. We need proof of UPS credit. We need them to fax us. We need to check with accounts receivable. Blah, Blah, Blah.

I was "lucky". Only lost $55. The company made out like a bandit. Got my money and a claim from UPS.

Will check with BBB to make sure they are on report there!
