On 7/20/04 I purchased a new Ford F150. I also purchased an extended warranty to be used when the regular warranty expired. On 12/12/05 I traded this vehicle in. I had the truck less than a year and a half and it had 14500 miles so I used none of the extended warranty.
On 12/14/05 I notified Haley Ford that I had traded in the truck and needed a refund for the warranty I had purchased. I signed a paper stating this. On the paper there was a note stating it may take up to 90 days to process the cancellation. It has now been well over a 120 days and I still have no refund.
Even worse than the money owed to me, is the customer service I have received. I have been told several times that I would be receiving a check in 7-10 days. After the second time I was told this and still had no check I suggested maybe I needed to call a local news station to file a complaint. The "finance manager" was so unprofessional that he called me back claiming to be the news station. Also during this call I was told I would have a check in seven days. Today, 4/24/06, I spoke with the finance manager again and this time was hung up on.
The man I've been speaking to claims to be a "finance manager". I don't know how I have been treated this way by a manager. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever received. I have been belittled and then as far as blatantly hung up on.
I would not want my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from this dealership and go thru the experience that I have!!!
