This company by far is the worst finance company i have ever used. I like to pay my bills with automatic deductions. So i proceeded to set this up with triad financial. Well it came time for my bill to be do. I received a call from triad asking why i haven't sent them a payment. I told them i setup the auto draft. I even received a letter stating this from them. So my payment wouldn't be late i had them pull it from my checking account at a cost of $5.00. Called them to find out why they didn't take by the auto draft. They blamed it on my bank. I called my bank. My bank stated that they never attempted to pull the money out. So i set up the auto draft again. Well exact same think happened again. And get this called triad. They had nerve enough to tell me that i probably didn't have enough funs in my account to cover the amount.
I always have enough in my account to cover there car payment. They didn't even try to bother to help get this all figured out. I called my bank again same answer they didn't try to take the money. So i had to pay the 5.00 dollars again. Next month comes it all happens again. So to not have to deal with this company any further i paid off the loan and now i will never have to deal with that rude company again. Oh also since i have paid it off they keep calling me asking where my payment is. I guess there departments do not talk to each other. Or they cant keep their stone tablets updated. I will continue to bad mouth that company to anyone who will listen. All i have to say if you read this is do not use them.
