Complaint / Review
Moore Chrysler Plymouth Jeep Eagle
Ripoff lied loaded contract

This is a copy of my complaint to the BBB:

The Finance Person told me that 10% interest rate was the best he could get for me with Chrysler. He also added a $2495.00 Vehicle Service Contract WITHOUT telling me! He also added GAP for $499 WITHOUT telling me!

I know that I qualify for Chryslers Zero Plus finance Program because I have since purchased two Chrysler vehicles after purchasing the Jeep from Moore. Both were finance at 0% plus $2750 cash back!

I left several messages and waited several weeks for Moore to get back with me. Once they did, Steve told me that the only thing they could do is let me trade the Jeep in on another vehicle. AND that I would only get what they could get for the Jeep at auction. I have investigated this issue and know that Moore could have easily paid the loan off and done a new contract. This would have saved me $8,970.61 in finance charges.

To save myself two years of monthly payments of $491.72, I was forced to trade the Jeep in at another Chrysler Store to get the Zero Plus deal.

I lost around $9,000.00 on the Jeep trading it in.

Moore Chrysler Jeep never denied what they did to me.

Something needs to be done about this company before they do this to other people!

This is their reply:

The mission of the Better Business Bureau of Central/Northern Arizona (BBB) is to promote and foster the highest ethical relationship between businesses and the public through voluntary self-regulation, consumer and business education, and service excellence.

Your complaint, as well as the AADA's determination, will be kept in the BBB files for three years and become part of the company's record.

The AADA will contact the dealership, and the AADA's Ethics Judiciary Committee will review your complaint. If the AADA does not resolve the complaint to your satisfaction and we can be of further assistance, you must contact the BBB within two weeks of having received the AADA's final ruling.
