When I purchased my automobile through this dealership, I elected to purchase an extended warranty. Two years later, I cancelled the extended warranty (it was originally for 7 years) and the dealership refuses to refund me my prorata share of the cancelled policy which I paid $1875.00 for and which the dealership is legally obliged to do as we have a written, signed legally binding contract.
According to the warranty company's legal department, the dealership owes me $800 but refuses to refund my money.
These are the most dishonest, deceptive, cheating people I've dealt with and I will make it my job in life to put them out of business so that they will no longer be able to ripoff anyone else.
However, what they don't realize is that I work for attorneys and one of the perks is you get free legal service. See you in Court, you deceptive, conniving, cheating, lying you know what!
