I purchased the plan on friday. The truck broke down on friday. The drive shaft broke. The u joint broke. First the guy told me they could not cover was becouse that was a pre existing problem. I told him i could not be becouse you can not super glue that back together and make it go. Then he said the bolts were lose. I told him that the bolts were broke off in the main part so that was not the case. Then he said the rear end was broke. I told him i drove it around town. Then he said we are just not going to cover it. There is more to the story but this should do for now.
