My son went to trade in his/mine vehicle. Took the vehcile with him that he was going to buy; his dad was going to co-sign for him, after reading the loan papers would not sign due to payment and interest rate. Called the sales guy and told him we did not want vehicle he ask us to bring it back and we could get our car, they sold our car without signed title transfer.
This has been going on since september 28 and now is november 10 and we still do not have our car back.in the mean time rick lester reworte the contract in my son's name and told him he would take $1000.00 off the vehicle and give him $1000.00 gas card if he would buy the jeep. (again we do not want the jeep) we have been treated very unprofessional. No one will return our call. I was told by chad the finance guy to speak with linda patterson there house attorney i called her on november 2 did get a call back from her on the 3rd, i was with clients and missed her call. I started calling her at 8:00 november 3 and called until 4:15 and was told she was gone for the day. My son and i went up to the dealership on november 8 and was basiclly told we could hire an attorney they had thousands of them. They told us our car would be back on november 9 i called at 5:00 P.M. On the 9th and was told car was on its way back and they would call. It is now november 10 11:54A.M. And we have yet to hear from anyone. Someone needs to explain to them how a trade in works. I told david cole to begin with if my son did not have any signed loan papers they should have never let him keep the vehicle. He said only because rick lester (gm) did it because my son was his friend. (business is business) i sell real estate that would be like me letting a friend of mine live in a house for a couple of weeks to see if she likes it. (go figure) then if you do we can sign a contract. But i have already sold your house. Same sinero! I have been very upset with bill heard and the way they have handeled the all situation.
