I went to ducktown dodge to get a truck. I traded mine in and gave them a check for 1 thousand dollars and they said i was financed. So i left with the truck and drove it for a month then the fin.
Company turns down the contract. I have been trying to give their truck back for a month now and they wont take it back. They sold my trade for 3500 and allowed me 4300 for it. Now they dont want to give me my truck or my money for it.
They are trying to force me into a new contract saying if i dont sign it they will put it thru anyways and then have it repoed for late payments. Plus put me in jail for a check that they should have never tried to cash cause there is no contract on the truck. Bottom line duck town dodge is a RIP OFF!
