Bill heard chevrolet las vegas frauds paper work, destroys my trade in, steals from me, lies, and ruins my life and credit

I was driving a Chevy beretta and after months of issues i decided to trade it in and start a life with less everyday stress. The only thing wrong with the vehicle when i came apon this decision was that the fan was broken, and the EMC module was going out preventing it from passing smog. I am 19 years old with little to no credit so i knew it would be hard to finance. I contacted many dealerships and when i contacted Bill Heard Chevrolet they said they could help me no problem it was the closest to my home so I went there first.

When i got there Joe the head of used sales ran my credit and showed me some cars I could finance for. When i picked out a car and they tried to put the deal in it had shown that i needed a co-signer. I told them i only had my father who didn't have a license, and questionable credit. They said it would be fine got all of his information over the phone and said the deal is approved with both of you. I went and got my dad and came back.

They had origanally told me i only need to put 300.00 down and took my trade in for 1000.00. We went into finance and started signing paperwork. My father explained to them that he had had surgery on his eyes just days before and couldn't read and asked that they please tell him anything he should know before signing any documents. The finance guy said he had told him everything and pointed where he should sign and initial. I followed suit and trusted the guy and signed where he told me to. He then told us we were done "it's a done deal" and they would be contacting us in a few days with our greenslip.

The day was then July 17.
On the 26th they contacted me and asked me to come down and finalize some paperwork. When i got there they said the reason they really needed me to come down was to get an additional depostit of 480.00 and resign the deal. I was shocked i didn't understand how they could do that. The finance guy BARON then told me that they could do that because my dad had signed paperwork stating that they could change the deal and refinance if need be. I told him that made no sense since my dad was the co-signer and me, the buyer would have had to sign that. He then pulled out the contract and pointed out that they had put my dad as BUYER and me as CO-SIGNER. I told him that it need to be changed and i couldn't pay him the rest of the money until at least August 31st. He said okay and had me write a post dated check which i later found out is illegal.

When we reisned they had us put things down they said would help us get financed but it felt wrong and i even told them that. They had me put down that i paid rent which i dont and also that my father and i lived at the same address which we didn't. After that almost everyday we recieved a call about some other paperwork that needed to be faxed or references or papers that needed to be signed. I was cautious but they always reasurred me that i was approved and these were just formallities.
On August 28th my placard expired and i started freaking out that i still hadnt recieved a green slip. Then that day i got a call at work from bill heard saying my green slip was availiable. I immeadiatly called BARON telling him i had to come down on my day off anyway to pick up the green slip so don't cash the check for 480.00. On the 31st i went into BARONS office expecting just to give him money and pick up my greenslip.

He then told me that i wasn't approved and i had one last chance to do it all on my own without my dad or thay would need the truck back. I then started dealing with THEREASA some other person in finance. I left the dealership confused and scared. She called me a few days later and said only one company could finance me putting ym dad back on as co-signer but in order to finance i would have to get a newer car with less milage. I went down a few days later and they showed me a few other cars that were newer with less miles but they all ran badly and my uncle who was with me said they were trying to work me and confronted them. When he did this then then said that they could finance me alone under a first time buyer program they just started but i would still have to get a newer car. Nothing they showed me ran well and my uncle made a call tohis friend and got me set up in another dealership with a different car. I called them and told them i would need my 300.00 back and my trade in. When i got back to the dealership they said they couldn't give me the check that day and gave me back my trade but did't give me my title. On the 9th we went back to get the stuff we needed but the trade wasnt driving the same as when i brought it in. When we popped the hood and i put the car in drive the whole engine shifted. An engine mount or two was missing. Also on the paper when they origanally took the trade it says there were 134126 miles but When we got in the car it only had 134094 miles on it. This made no sense.

My dad was angry and just told them to give us our stuff and we would be caontacting a lawyer. We then went to put a gas can in the trunk of the trade just in case and noticed my full size neverbeen used spare was gone and replaced with a patched up small tire. The trunk wa also full of parts bags. We were upset and after trying to resolve it ther we drove off planning to try and take other action. We got less then a mile away on the freeway and the trade broke down. A cop was nice when he found out the situation and didnt write me ticket just called a tow truck. When it got there i had no money to give him and my only option was to had over the title. We took pictures of the milage and anything else we could and said goodbye to the car that used to run but now didnt even get a spark from the engine.

The next day i was anxious for monday to come so i could try and do everything i could to reach justice in this situation but then i got even more confusing news. The greenslip arrived at my parents house in the mail. Which meant i was obligated to the loan. I called the dealership but they said they couldnt do anything til monday. Today is sunday the JULY 11th and i have no clue on what to do. Please if anyone can give me advise or help or legal aid or anything. I know what they did was wrong but i can use any help anyone can offer please contact me. I want to make sure i dont get worked over and above all they cant do this to anyone else.
