I got my vehicle for what I believed would be considered a $100 brake work. The serviceman, Jones, then allegedly discovered a number of other "issues" and also the cost expanded to $450. I told him that seemed only a little steep but he explained my automobile required it or I'd need to keep arriving for repairs. What made this really annoying was that I had a need to find the harm done to my lug nut myself. Only Wheels didn't possess the thanks to telling me they had broken my lug nut. They probably believed/wished that I'd not begin to see the harm and might drive-off.
What further enraged me was the truth that I had been lied. If Jones and Javier lied about trying to find anything as insignificant like a lug-nut then what otherwise might they've lied about? I'm having SEVERE uncertainties that my automobile needed all the repairs they declare it did. In the end, it just had 46K miles onto it plus they declare that it needed new rotors ($62 ea), rebuilt caliphers ($100), equipment/springs ($80), the machine flushed ($40), and fresh wheels ($100) to get a whole of $450.
in my opinion that Only Wheels possibly created all the conditions that my automobile allegedly required or they didn't actually do the things they allegedly stated they'd do and much more essentially what I've taken care of them to complete! Obviously that I'm really pissed-off Just Wheels and certainly will NOT be returning for almost any more company. I will also allow it to be a place NOT TO suggest Simply Wheels to everybody I understand. Attempt someone else since the people Just Wheels aren't TO BE RESPECTED.
