First off I read all the reports about Just brakes and felt like doing some looking into this myself... Well I found alot!!! I went and had my brakes done at another brake place and had the dealer check it out and all was in tip top shape... Well NOT with Just Brakes.
I took My car over there and after waiting for about 3 hours they finally came over and gave me an est. That was to say the least unheard of. $560 worth of repairs they said had to be done?
WOW that is something since the dealer themselves said everything was in very good shape... Now i would have come to expect this from the dealer but from JUST BRAKES?
I asked them to show me where the damage is and they said noone is allowed in the shop area? Now you tell me I gave you my car and you can't let me see it? What The HELL???
So when I refused to pay they pulled my car around front and I noticed a Small problem... It was leaking Brake Fluid!!! They had made a hole in my line for not paying them so when I went to talk to the manager He was not there and NO ONE WAS IN CHARGE!!! Well that goes to Show you how they try to rip us OFF. They Should rename from JUST BRAKES to JUST BROKE.
