Just Brakes #702-craig Road
Just brakes in north las vegas, ripp off company wants to charge for repairs that arent needed

I had my brakes repaired in april. I took the car back in may because the brakes were squeaking even louder and grinding more than they were before the repair. I called and spoke with the manager jonathan and he stated that i would have to drive the car for at least 500 miles before they would stop squeaking and grinding. They also told me that i needed at least $400.00 of extra work done on the brakes to stop them from making nose. Jason, another worker up there and jonathan both told me that the parts that they needed to replace were no longer under my warranty.

I called the dealership and they told me to bring the vehicle in and they would do an inspection to make sure that the repairs were needed. After the inspection my dealership said the only thing that they saw was wrong was that the pads contained alot of metal and it was really wearing on the rotors.

I called jonathan @ just for brakes to advise him of what the dealership had stated and they in turn told me that the dealership didnt know what to look for in brake repairs. Jonathan told me to bring the vehicle back and they would look at it again.

Jonathan with just brakes looked at the vehicle again and stated the same thing that the vehicle needed $400.00 more worth of work done to stop the squeaking. I again refused the repairs.

I decided to take the my vehicle back to the dealership a month later to see if they would find anything different. This time they stated that they had two people look and the brakes. The pads were not new on the front and the back were never put back together the way they were suppose to.

Very upset, i called jonathan at just brakes to let him know what i was told by the dealership and the only thing he kept saying was that the dealership does not know how to check for brake damage. The only thing that he was willing to do was change the pads but insisted that i really needed to pay the $400.00 to have the job completed.

I am so disgusted in this company and i cant believe that they are still in business. I want this company to be shut down. They are a ripp off and they give the real business people a bad name.

I hope someone will read this and take legal action against this company so that we as hard workers do not have to waiste our money on companies that are more out to make money than to be concerned about there customers saftey.
