We purchesed a used 2002 Ford Explorer from Ourisman on July 2.By the next week while I was driving it with my 5 year old in the vehicle I lost all oil pressure. I called the dealer and they told me that i needed it to go to a FORD dealer. So we took it to a local ford dealer, they put in a sensor that did not fix the problem. The local ford dealer did a pressure test on my vehicle it was holding 3lbs of oil pressure at an idle. They said FORD recommened a new motor. Ourisman took vehicle to their shop and are now claiming that nothing is wrong with it.
We asked for a refund they said no, Well I guess it is just a matter of time before the motor goes. And then we will see who looks stupid
