Just like the rest of the consumers, we were ripped off. My husband ordered a bumper over the phone with his credit card. The card was charged right then. After a few weeks and no part, he called to no avail. He was given the run around. He cancelled the order and was told that the card would be credited. It has been two months and no credit. We both have called. We always get transfered to voice mail. I have cancelled that credit card and filed a complaint with the New York Attorney Generals office. We will fight to help shut them down.
