I ordered a set of replacement wheels from them on 3/14/05. They were happy to take $750.00 from my debit card account, that day. After about a week, I called to get a tracking number for shipment, and the "fun" began. I was first transferred back and forth to people who could supposedly "help" me better, then put on hold for about twenty minutes untill I gave up. Subsequent attempts were the same.
I decided to call and act like I was a "new" customer and I got immediate attention. When I informed the man that I needed a tracking number, he said he'd have to call me back and hung up. I got this treatment about five times and have given up and need help to get my money back.
