Ripoff - still no credit for cancelled orde

I ordered auto parts on the internet and cancelled the order when it wasn't shipped in a reasonable amount of time. I requsted that my credit card not be charged but I was charged anyway on my next statement. Repeated attempts to get credit for the cancelled order have not been answered. This company is ripping off customers and you should not do business with them.
