Ripoff! 5 year warranty on paint, chipping in 7mos will not repair

I recently had front end of my 2000 corvette painted and was promised a five year warranty, in less than seven months the paint is chipping. Premier states it is because of previos dammage to paint! Mind you this was also previosly repaired.

The real problem is that the front end of the vehical was not properly preped. Additionally, the actual job perforemed was inadequet.
