I went there to purchase a car. The car they got me seemed ok on the test drive and I paid cash. After signing papers I went to leave and the car would not start! I went immediately back inside the HUGE DEALERSHIP. I was directed to the "general manager" who happens to be the one clown that runs the ENTIRE facility. Don Smith, the forementioned clown was very rude and said "oh well" I have your money and you are "NO WAY IN H* GETTING IT BACK". This left me furious. I just gave this guy CASH and he says "oh well"? I have tried to reach the owner of the dealership and have been told that is virtually impossible to do. I ended up giving this ripoff more money just to get a better car. I am furious, it was either that or have a car that I couldn't even get off the lot that was fine 30 minutes before.
Just for the record, this is a MAJOR BIG Honda dealer. He offeres me 2 other cars though in his defense, a 198? Pile of crap that would barely start and a 13 year old escort that had more rust than the Titanic!!
