I have on several occasions have had to contact Drive financial.in one instance I wanted to change the due date of my payment. I had prepaid in the past - never had a late payment but wanted to change from the 1st due date to be due on the 15th. This request took 4 months and a multitude of phone calls. I had Reps tell me that I had to Pre pay 2 months in advance prior to having my date changed. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. When I would call back and request to speak to a supervisor - I had to go thru a 2 minute authorization of whom I was. Absolutely ridiculous.
I do not like the fact that you cannot refinance nor are their pay off amounts accurate. I intend on taking a loan out to pay them off so I do not have to deal with them again!
