In the beginning of the year 2006 I changed jobs. Upon doing so I requested that I change my payment date to conform to my new scheduled pay period. I was then told that I could skip a payment instead of being late and that that month's payment would be added to the end of my contract. I agreed and also requested a copy of my contract.
Three months later, May I requested a payment date change. I still had not received my contract but was told that I could request a payment change once I had been making payments on my car for at least 6 months. I requested the change from the 1st to the 15th of the month. I was given a date change to the 22nd of the month and was told to make my payment. I had sent a check but asked that they not deposit the check because I was going to make the payment through Western Union. I did make the payment through Western Union.
Why did they also deposit a check that they had already received payment for and then told me that I owe them for a NSF check and late fees and NSF fees and that payment was due now and that now I was 1 month behind in my payments! So now that I have only paid my regular amount due and no late fees, I somehome unknown to me have become past due of 2 months, regardless of me making the payments and I have not missed any payments. They call my job, house, cell anytime of the day, night and even on Sundays! They are rude and do not have any courtesy for the consumer. They have unfair business practices and should be stopped.
