I went to this business to get a light bulb for my motorcycle (taillight), it flashed to warn others behind me that i was stopping and to increase visibility of myself, the guy told me it was $30.00.
I thought it was kind of pricy but purchased it anyway because somewhere down the road it could save my life from being hit by a car. I took the bulb home and put it in and it did not work so i took it back and they said tough luck, its electrical and its yours, i was pissed and asked to speak with the manager and the woman I was dealing with was the manager and then went on to tell me that she would make it right by selling me another one at cost which was $26.00, I asked her why dont you just replace mine and send the other back to your distributor with an explanation, she said they would laugh her out the door, so instead of her doing right by exchanging the item she not only stole my $30.00 but also lied about the part about how much they cost at cost which is $6.00.
I have told everyone at my work which is in the Press and am telling anyone who goes here because they may be nice when you walk in to purchase somthing like-service, a bike, or in my case a little bulb, but they will have a knife in your back on the way out. NEVER EVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT IT STUCK IN YA!
