Drive financial claims to help those with challenged credit but dealing with them is the challenge. I have had a drive representative call me the day before my payment was due. No joke!
I told them to at least be respectful enuf to wait until the due date. I asked to have my due date changed and they waited for four months to change it. So my car was totaled out and i ended up owing them money for late charges because they claimed that they the person took so long to change my date.
Now i know those calls are monitored and recorded so why couldnt they just rewind the tape? Oh yeah because it wouldnt benefit them!!!
I'm with wells fargo now so hopefully they are better.
