Iv been a drive customer for 9 months, durring that 9 months i have received repeted harrasing phone calls, so many i had to change my cell phone number, I have untill dec 07 made all my payments every month, starting in sept 07 i requested to have my payment date changed due to my pay periods, i was told this would not be a problem so i started sending in my payments on the requested date change. The change never went in i received calls 2 to 3 time a day my family receives harrasing calls and every time i call drive i get the run around!!! I now have fell 1 payment behind and called to make arrangment to have payments deffered which i was told would not be a problem and wouldnt you know it the harrasing calls to my family members continues!!! What kind of company is this, then I found this site and read about all the horror stories from others with the same problems... Class action law suit. Count me in this has to stop from this company, i can see calling if a payment is late, but when its only 1 or 5 days and all payments have always been made, this is rediculous...
