I have tried using, From you Flowers for my holiday and birthday needs. When placing my order for a "SAME DAY" arrangement, a week prior to the day I need my gift or flowers to be delivered. I received numerous calls from their customer service department, explaining how the florist does not have the arrangement I ordered. Following a call the same day my order is suppose to be sent out, to tell me they can not send my order out, that they can have them delivered 2 days later. What?!!! So my advice to consumers, if you are attempting to use this company to make any special occasion deliveries, to make sure you have a back up plan with another florist! They won't get it right!
