My replacement cell phone was to be shipped from Ft Worth next day but arrived at local fed ex 4 days later but my review is not negative for fed ex. I am taking this time to commend fed ex employee Leslie at the shipping center in South Holland Illinois. She was very understanding and worked very hard to find my package. She did not give up and could have easily "blown me off" yet she kept at it until she handed me my late package. Thank you Leslie, you are great.
