I have spent almost $400 on chemicals in the past 4-5 weeks attempting to get my pool opened for the summer and my pool is in worse shape than when I started. I filed a complaint with Leslie's via their website and by phone. I heard back from a District manager who, in an attempt to make it right, offered me a pound of shock and a 20% discount on all chemicals if I came into the store within 7 days. After all, Leslie's has a satisfaction guarantee. Today, June 3 I get a flyer in the mail offering that ALL chemicals are being sold with a 20% discount and until June 15. I recontacted Leslie's about this and was given the excuse that those flyers go out over parts of the country and my discount offer is 20%. So there is NO satisfaction guarantee as I am getting the same thing everybody else gets except a pound of shock. I cannot recommend Leslie's for pool supplies.
