When my iphone broke, my insurance was going to send a replacement the next day. Since I had to sign for it, I waited at home all day for it. At 5PM I called the 1-800 UPS number and asked where it was. They checked and said the driver couldn't come to my door because my dogs were in the yard. I don't have dogs. They must have gone to the wrong house. They then told me they would deliver the next day. I wasn't happy about that because I had paid for next day delivery, but had no other choice. I told them I had a Doctors appt. The next day and wouldn't be home till 3:30. They said they would come after that. I got home at 3:15 and a UPS note was on my door saying they had been there. WTF? So I called the local number on the notice and they said they didn't promise a delivery time. WTF? Now i'm a liar? Now i'm really upset and letting them know it, but they don't seem to care and say they will deliver the next day. (Two days late.) I went out to run some errands ay 4:00 and noticed a UPS truck driving around my neighborhood so I called them and asked if they could contact the driver and have him come by the house now since he's in the area and i'm at home. Oh no no no... They can't do that. WTF? Customer service, really??? The truck is still in the area. At that point I lost it and cussed the idiots out until they hung up. It didn't show up the next day, so I called and asked WTF? They said I would have to pick it up 20 miles away from my house. Customer service didn't like being yelled at. Well duh! They told me that I was a "Risk level 5" and they would never deliver to my house again. A billion dollar company run by idiots. Has anybody else heard of Risk level 5?
