FedEx came to deliver a package today while 3 people were in the house. There was NO knock and NO doorbell ring, but a door tag was left saying no one was home! Now I have to reschedule things to pick up my package a city away from my house if I ever want to see it. I called for help and was told that the truck was called and would try to get the package to my house. I doubt it. I have not heard from anyone in customer service. I am so upset. I guess the little guy does not count with FedEx.
