Ripoff caused the engine to seize

I took my IROC-Z in to have the timing adjusted after replacing the ignition module. And after they set the timing they forgot to tighten the distributor down and the next morning on my way in to work the distributor jumped up and it disengaged from the oil pump causing the engine to seize.
