I took my vehicle in for an oil change on 12/17/04. The customer service was actually really good. They told me I needed a new air filter and I said no because I really didn't have the extra cash at the time. I then took the vehicle to a relative and asked him to check the air filter for me. Not only did I NOT need a new air filter, the mechanic didn't put it back in place. Had I driven down a dirt road, this could have ruined my engine.
They also left a broken part of SOMETHING just sitting underneath the hood. I had taken my vehicle there once before, and they didn't tighten the plug on the oil pan and it leaked out half of the oil (could have seized my engine had I not noticed and had it fixed) I completly forgot about this when I took it in a second time. Needless to say I will not take my vehicle to an Econo Lube N' Tune again.
