I have spent a lot of money on the internet purchasing items. 1 - I have never come across a company that doesn't have someone to answer the telephone 2 - they have the RUDEST bunch of people I have every had the misfortune of stumbling across.
I put in an order, which they cancelled without telling me, because I had the gal to change the size of my items. I then decided to put in another order, which they cancelled a week later, because ALL 4 of the items I ordered were "out of stock" I sent them an email, because this is the ONLY way of getting through to them. Their response was incredibly rude... I will NEVER order anything from these people.

You have got to be kidding me. You can take your $5 coupon and give it to someone who may order something from your company... Because I will not be needing it!
Their response:
NO Not kidding you! Here's a suggestion, why don't you take your attitude and personality defect elsewhere?
Apparently they need new people in customer service!
