Blowing me off hoping I'll go away not responding to my constant calls

My wife and i purchased a 2003 kia spectra, new. Car has had numerous mechanical problems. Banging noise from front end, transmission replaced with 25,000 miles. This car has been in the shop over 10 times in a four month span, for the banging noise alone.

On the last visit to the shop the tech who worked on it said there was nothing they could do to fix it, and we would have to live with it. Imagine that! Over 3 years of payments to go and we have a car that sounds like crap and feels unsafe to drive

We then called devon, regional manager for kia in this area. She took my info said she would be in touch. Guess what, its been over a month, and we have yet to hear from anyone at kia.

I just left another message a few minutes ago. Funny, whenever i call devon, she is out of the office. How nice if this is how kia deals with consumers i urge everyone to boycott kia.
