Devon Mcdonold Stole my 2000 dollars that I gave him as down payment on a 2005 BMW X5 Black Stick Shift. After we talk and he told me that is what i need for a down payment about 2 days later he call to let me know that he needed more money to start the car I told him no and that i need my money back! That when he starts to dodge me and finding all manner of excuses why he does not have the money to give me he keeps telling me a time to come and see him at the shop for the money he never has it ready for me ok i am patent so i give him some time to come up with it he never did he gave me a check for the full amount which bounced and then he stied to put a stop payment on the check cause all manner of issues with my bank. I went to talk to him abput it he start being rude so i decides to file a law sueit against him he never showed up for court! Bbecause he do not want to pay me OR who ever else he owed he move his buisness or maybbe changed the name to 5Star auto collision foreign and domestic in the same location... DEVON MCDONOLD MUST BE STOPPED!!! HE IS A THEIF AND A LIAR PLEASE BEWARE NO ONE IS IMMUNED.
