They are willing to provide their "ideal candidate" with a living expense instead of a real paycheck. They will provide you with housing, but it will be in the complex you manage - usually a rat/roach infested complex that "needs your loving touch"
They require you to have good communication skills and ability to get along with individuals at all levels is essential. HA, what a joke... How do you communicate with a tenant holding a gun to your office door because you had to evict them!?
Anza will not back you up; they take no legal responsibility for their actions. The vice-president Devon Syme will make you feel like you are a two year old begging for a cookie. She is an evil woman who uses her "education" to demean you. Don't ever piss off Devon because she will fire you on the spot, and make up an excuse that you were stealing from the rent tin.
Don't fall into their trap of promising wonderful bonuses and perks... THEY NEVER COME!
The head office in Newport is beautiful... I'll give you that, but that is were the love ends.
