I Purchased some furniture last month, No one told me at the time of purchase or at time of Delivery that I have to check If any thing wrong I have to report with in 7 days. Last week I open the boxes and find out that two of the end tables are cracked from top, I right way call Customer service (head office). Lady on customer service refused to help me. She was rude and very unprofessional I ask her to put her supervisor on phone, she told me that she is busy, she will call back when is is free.
