This is what I emailed the brick and got no response!
Hello, My husband and I purchased a table the Magnus 9 Piece Dining Package plus 2 more chairs from the brick in prince albert saskatchewan. I am emailing you because of how disapointed I am in there service. My husband and I purchased a table on dec 12 and have still not received it. We were promised it on the next week wich didnt happend, then they informored us it was coming on the 9th of Jan. Wich I was only told because I phoned to inquire about it!!! So I thought I would call today to make sure it was still coming and they have changed the dates AGAIN!!! I was not contacted to tell me this at all wich really angers me!!! I am not made of money and am not a well off person so to have to keep booking days off of work because they might show up is simply not right!!! I have even told them I have 3 kids and no kitchen table all this time and they dont seem to care. My husband and I were going to buy our furniture from the brick but after the service we have recived I am having second thoughts. I am hoping to get a response or something done about this! I would love a number to call for the head company office!!!
