James Guilinger severly damaged my classic truck engine while in his auto repair shop. A Pasco County Fl. Judge found him guilty of gross negligence and awarded me $3500.00.

I have a lien on his personal residence property registered with Pasco County and the State of Florida.

He has refused to pay the judgment. With interest accruing at 6% per year he now owes me $4000.00.

He has had multiple lawsuits filed against him for similar negligence before. I am the only person to prevail against him.

I caution anyone against doing business with this person. Do so at your peril!
