O how I wish I had checked this site 2 years ago. I foolishly paid almost $1000 cash (only) for a car engine to be delivered that day. After 10 days of follow up with no engine, I waited at the junky shop until a delivery truck left with my engine.
My mechanic advised the delivered engine was useless, completely frozen up. After multiple trips to DCAS and layers of lies by Chris Nasrallah, I was finally excorted out at gunpoint.
I filed and won a small claims suit, which was appealed with no notice to me (I suspect a high profile state judge was involved.) The court where I filed the suit had a huge file on DCAS, and the Irving police knew the actor well. I think this shop is located in an unincorporated area between Irving and Grand Prairie.
My $1000 engine from DCAS cost me nearly $4000, with a good part purchased elsewhere, mechanic time, court costs, etc. Fortunately Nasrallah is now under criminal investigation in Dallas County, and may get his deserved time in hell.
