James Cox, owner of Seven Design Studios refuses to pay on a Judgement awarded to my business back in Nov. Mr Cox was hired by me to complete a web based software program for my business which he failed to do. I paid him a lot of money ($8600) to build the program which never happened. He never would return my phone calls and always had excuses on why my program was NOT getting done. I finally got fed up and went to someone else to get it done. He is very elusive and has only a cell number for his business. He also only advertises a P.O. Box number for his address too. He advertises only on the internet from what I have seen. A Judge agreed with me in Small Claims Court and awarded me back most of my money. Now he claims he never got the Judgement from the court and thinks he does not have to pay anything. The mistake I made was not doing my homework on this guy before I hired him. I know of one other person who is suing him too for 800 dollars in court.
