I have ordered an arrangement of flowers to have been delivered on 11/30, here it is now 12/03 and still no sign of delivery. When customer service is available, which is sporadic at best since they do not have 24/7 service as they claim on their website, I am only told of the difficulties in makeing a delivery and all thetrials and tribulations that they have with this. But at no time will they accept responsibiity for failure to make the delivery on time and absolutely not even discuss a refund for not being able to deliver. This seems to indicate that in all reality this company is on way out but still tries to collect money for those of us who think theyareealing with a reputable company.
