Flowers were delivered a day late and I was told they were delivered on time. Not the flowers I ordered, wrong color. Balloon that should have been included was not sent with the flowers. Water was tipped over and ribbon soaked upon delivery.
Did not take customer satisfaction seriously. Minimal discount given when asked for compensation. Would never recommend anyone to use this service!!
