I made my first and last visit to the shop. You've the same problem as walmart down in the commons, that will be elegance. I'm a 56yr aged white woman, and also have experienced retail for 40yrs. You've latino csris coversing with latino clients, following the sale is completed. Once the son before me (white) he bought a doll, woman took cash, offered change and turned away, not really putting their puchqse in a carrier, or closing the sale. While my turn was next, it had been more very important to turn her back to me and to discover what happened also cost weapon number 2, and made a telephone call within the speakers, and waited for an answer. Is that this customer service for you? Not everywhere i have been employed at. Your shelves aren't neat or structured. Dollies of merchandize cutting of islands, where's your administration, or administrators? I utilized at this store and was obviously rejected. Perhaps you like this group disorganization. You like a business should understand that it's all customers that pay your pay-check. My name is pauline pobertson, and certainly will be reached at 216-403-1792.
