I purchased a small notebook acer pc through store latino community. The battery never worked and so I was not able to utilize it. After I approached them-they questioned me to cover the delivery to deliver it back which I'd obtain my cash back. I've been awaiting 8 weeks and not received something. After delivering them emails and speaking with customer support many times, I never get a right answer.
