I frequent this shop atleast 2x per week. Each Time that I visit the shop, Jill the host is really great with client relationships, great with revenue, and effective marketing, pleasant, respectful, type, and usually a large grin. She is the type of worker that anybody might enjoy to possess employed by them. Like a matteroffact, once I create my company, I would approach her and provide employment. The main reason that I'd do this? Since the supervisor, AMAL, doesn't have people skills. She is rude to her staff, never laughs, usually appears irritated, moody, in-may not be her problem, but she results in with inadequate people-skills, and honestly, after seeing how she treats her staff, I'd never work with somebody like her. She is the type of individual, that needs to be behind a table all day long, and never have any conversation using the clients, or team.
