I noticed a tale with this site in regards to a an individual who was a third party vendor with Amazon, plus one evening he got a contact from 'Amazon Coalition' declaring he have been completely banned from marketing on Amazon. This occurred in my experience aswell.
In December of after hardly annually of promoting (and sustaining what I believed was a vendor score) we obtained the threatening e-mail, and similar to the different man stated, it was a LASTING action taken by Amazon. We made over $40K that year, and we believed anything was in check. We pleaded with Amazon to raise the bar, but to no avail.
When The individual who published the prior post is seriously interested in a-class action fit, I might be prepared to engage. Somebody needs to quit Amazon from getting what I consider to become vicious and undoubtedly UNCOMMON actions to punish people who they think have damaged the guidelines... I don't remember providing some of my constitutional privileges away to be always a person in the Amazon group.
