Simple observation. I drive up to the machine to place my order for a McFlurry. "Large McFurry please". Answer: "We don't have large". I answer: "Then I'll have the largest McFlurry you have". The voice answers: "We have small and medium". I again wonder if they want my order! I then finally relent and say: "Medium". The voice says" That will be $2.89, please proceed to the first window". I didn't get an offer to order anything else and frustrated over the lecture.
