I am a GSU student that spends a lot of time in the school library where There is a Saxby's. Even though I prefer not using it, it is the most geographically convenient place to eat when I am pressed for time. But, every time I eat there, I feel so taken advantage of. First of all, it is terribly overpriced. I paid $7 for a basil tomato sandwich that came with moist to wet bread, one small slice of tomato and no basil. This is just one instance out of many. I always feel super rushed and I have never seen anyone smile. The service is awful. I ordered a Cesar salad which had no cheese. When I went back to ask for cheese (nicely) the girl told me there was no cheese. When I nicely pointed out to her that I could see the Parmesan from where I was standing, she just rolled her eyes, took my salad and added cheese. I want to complain to a manager but there is always someone already complaining and I just feel bad and walk away. Something has to be done. I have not yet had a good experience.
